Parenting Support

Sometimes you know something isn't working, but aren't sure what to do differently. Maybe you're navigating big emotions, challenging behavior, developmental concerns, sleep, or a relationship with your child that feels harder than expected.

Together, we'll look beneath the behavior, make sense of what's happening, and find practical ways forward that fit your family.

You were never meant to have all the answers

There is so much pressure to be the “perfect” parent. With endless advice, opinions, and information at your fingertips, it can be hard to trust your own instincts.

Therapy offers space to step back from the noise, make sense of what’s happening beneath the behavior, and find ways of responding that feel grounded and right for your family.

My Approach

Parenting support rooted in connection

Parenting can feel vulnerable to talk about. This is a space where you don't have to worry about being judged or told you're doing it wrong.

Together, we'll get curious about what's underneath the moments that feel hardest, considering your child's development, temperament, sensory experiences, and emotional needs alongside your own experience as a parent. My work is grounded in attachment, developmental science, and neurodiversity affirming, trauma informed care.

I don't believe in perfect parenting. I believe in connection, curiosity, and repair.

You might be here because..

  • Every transition becomes a struggle.

  • Your child's emotions feel bigger than you know how to handle.

  • You're constantly second-guessing yourself.

  • You've tried everything and still feel stuck.

  • You and your partner can't seem to get on the same page.

  • You've lost track of what you need.

Over time, you might notice..

  • The hard moments don't consume you in the same way.

  • You understand your child's behavior with more curiosity.

  • You trust yourself more than the latest parenting advice.

  • You recover more quickly when things go sideways.

  • You and your child find your way back to connection.

  • Parenting feels a little more manageable, and a little more like your own.
