Areas of support

Support that meets you where you are.

I work directly with children, teens, and parents to support growth, connection, and meaningful change at your pace.

NICU & Medically Complex Journeys

For infants and families navigating NICU stays, medical diagnoses, ongoing care, and the emotional weight that can come with a medically complex beginning.

Children & Teens

Therapy for kids and teens working through big emotions, life transitions, friendships, school, self confidence, and the everyday challenges of growing up.

Parenting Support

Parenting can bring questions you never expected to have. We can work together to better understand what is happening and find approaches that fit your family.

Developmental Differences & Neurodiversity

Support for children who experience the world differently, with an emphasis on understanding their individual ways of communicating, connecting, learning, and engaging.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

The transition into parenthood can bring complicated emotions alongside joy. This work creates space to make sense of your experience and adjust to what comes next.

Hi, I’m Annie

I believe children don't grow in isolation, and neither do parents. My work is grounded in the relationship between a child and the people who know them best. I bring a developmental, relationship-based approach to therapy, with particular care for families navigating early childhood, big transitions, and experiences that haven't gone according to plan.

Not sure where to start? That’s okay.

Starting therapy can feel like one more thing to figure out. My goal is to make that first step feel a little simpler. We'll slow things down, understand what's happening, and find an approach that fits you, your child, and your family.

When you're ready, I'd love to connect.
