-
Yes! I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so we can get to know each other, discuss what you're looking for, and determine whether we're a good fit. There's no pressure or obligation to move forward.

All new clients are scheduled through Headway, regardless of whether you're using insurance or paying privately. Headway provides a secure, streamlined experience where you can complete your paperwork, schedule appointments, verify your insurance benefits, and manage payments all in one place.
If you're paying privately, you'll pay the session fee through Headway just as you would if you were using insurance.

-
Absolutely. If you choose not to use insurance, the fee is $175 per 55-minute session. Private-pay clients are also scheduled and billed through Headway.
If you have out-of-network benefits, Headway can provide invoices that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because every insurance plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement eligibility.

I work with children, adolescents, parents, and adults navigating a range of emotional, developmental, and life transitions. My areas of focus include parenting and family support, developmental differences and neurodiversity, NICU and medically complex experiences, pregnancy and postpartum, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
-
Yes! I work with infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents, with an approach tailored to each child's age, development, and individual needs.
For younger children, therapy is often play based and may include significant caregiver participation. Play is an important way children communicate, process emotions, build skills, and make sense of their experiences. Sessions may focus on emotional regulation, strengthening the parent child relationship, and supporting your child's development.
I offer in person sessions in Studio City as well as virtual therapy when developmentally appropriate.
-
Yes. I offer both in-person sessions in Studio City and virtual therapy throughout California. In-person availability is based on current scheduling and fit.

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek support because they're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, adjusting to parenthood, or simply wanting a space to better understand themselves. If you're unsure, we can talk about your concerns during a free consultation.
